Privacy
Buyer's Ledger holds no personal data on its readers: no accounts, no comments, no newsletter list, no advertising and no analytics, and it sets no cookies.
What is collected
- By Buyer's Ledger: nothing. The guides are static documents; there is no reader database to audit, and no script measures who reads the Incoterms or spend-analysis pages.
- By Cloudflare, our hosting provider: as a processor of web traffic it logs requests (IP address, time, guide requested) to deliver pages and mitigate attacks. Its registered address appears in the legal notice.
- Fonts and scripts: the guides load no scripts. Public Sans and Source Serif 4 are sourced in-house, from the site's own files, so no font supplier receives your request.
Images
Warehouse, port and office photographs are held in the site's own inventory and served from the same address as the guides, with no outside image supplier in the chain. Authors and licences are on the photo credits page.
Links to other sites
Links to legislation.gov.uk, EUR-Lex, standard-setting bodies and regulators let you check each rule against its primary text; those organisations apply their own privacy policies.
