Contact and corrections
We can't vet your tender documents or check a supplier contract for you. What a small, independent title like Buyer's Ledger can do is keep its own guides right, so tell us when one is wrong or has gone stale.
Reporting an error
Sourcing rules have a short shelf life: procurement law is amended, Incoterms practice shifts and due diligence duties widen. Should one of our guides lag behind, quote a figure that is wrong or cite a source that no longer opens, a letter to the address on our legal notice page, with the page URL and the passage in question, is the way to tell us. We verify each correction against the primary text, whether that is legislation, a standard or regulator guidance, and the guide's "Updated" date is changed accordingly.
What we cannot help with
- Advice on a specific deal. We cannot advise on a live tender, a contract clause or a compliance decision. A qualified lawyer or procurement adviser can.
- Vendor listings and sponsorship. Buyer's Ledger does not rank software vendors, publish supplier directories or accept paid placements, sponsored articles or event listings.
- The former magazine. Buyer's Ledger is unrelated to The Purchaser magazine and its publisher, and cannot handle subscriptions, back issues or event bookings; see About.
